The short version: sneak, steal, hatch and have fun. Eggs, pets and cash are just for fun inside the game, and the only thing you can buy is Remove Ads through Google Play.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Egg Thief: Steal Eggs & Pets game (“the game”) made by Ash Build (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please read them with a parent or guardian. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the game and play it for your own enjoyment. Please don't copy, resell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its art, sounds and characters, and don't use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with it.
3. Eggs, pets and cash
- Eggs, pets, cash, Speed, boosts and every other item in the game are virtual items for fun. They have no real-world value and can't be sold, traded or exchanged for money or anything else.
- Eggs are never sold for real money. Which pet hatches from an egg is decided by chance inside the game.
- Rival thieves are computer players. The game has no multiplayer and no online play.
- Your farm is saved on your phone. If you delete the game or its data, or lose or change your phone, we can't recover it.
4. Remove Ads
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase sold through Google Play and covered by Google Play's terms. It turns off the full-screen ads that sometimes play after you place an egg, on the Google account you bought it with. Optional reward videos stay available because they are always your choice. Use Settings → Restore purchase if you reinstall. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy; if something went wrong, email us and we'll help.
5. Ads
The game shows ads provided by Google. Ads are third-party content and we don't control what's advertised, though every ad request is child-directed and limited to content rated for all ages. Tapping an ad may open another app or website with its own terms.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the game, add or change features, biomes and pets, rebalance prices and speeds, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
7. No warranty
We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Ash Build isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losing in-game progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
