I bought Remove Ads but I still see ads
Open the game, tap the gear button for Settings and tap Restore purchase. Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Google account you bought it with. The optional reward videos (Turbo, Cash Boost and so on) stay available on purpose; you never have to watch them.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Google Play, so refunds go through Google Play's refund process (play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history). If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.
A video didn't give me my reward
The reward is given when the video plays to the end. If it closed early or no video was available (for example with no internet), try again in a minute.
I lost my farm
Your farm is saved on your phone, not online. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes it, and we can't restore it. If Android backup is on, restoring your phone from a backup may bring it back.
The guardian always catches me
Run on your treadmill to build Speed, buy a faster treadmill or trail in the Shop, and try the Turbo boost. Each gate shows how fast its guardian is, so you know when you're ready.
The game feels slow on my phone
Egg Thief lowers its own picture quality a little if your phone struggles. Closing other apps and restarting the game also helps. If it's still slow, email us your phone model.
Can I turn off music, sound or vibration?
Yes. Tap the gear button for Settings. Music and sound have their own volume sliders and switches, and vibration has an on/off switch.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the game, or clear its storage in Android settings (Apps → Egg Thief → Storage → Clear storage). There's no account, so nothing else is kept by us. See the privacy policy for what our ad partner processes.
